Sarah Harman from charters showed me around several properties all over Southampton including ocean village. She was punctual, well presented and friendly, pointing out all the important aspects in great detail, explaining about ground rent, parking spaces and other matters. Being a first time buyer I felt comfortable and confident in her presence. Although I didn’t find my ideal home this time, I’m very happy to charters again, they are an excellent estate agent.
