Approachable, knowledgeable and helpful
I chose Irwin Mitchell in the first instance because of their high profile and as a firm they did not disappoint. The various members of Mark Cawley's team that I dealt with were all approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. Mine was not the biggest potential claim, but I never felt like 'the little person' and I was very happy to see my matter brought to a successful conclusion without the need to attend Court.
