WRONG Invoice!!!
It is NOT "misunderstanding", you are "stealing" concept! One already-CANCELLED mandate does NOT mean that you can charge me whatever you want!!!!! I have cancelled the mandate at very beginning according to German law "Widerrufsrecht", Because you are always not responding to my emails after getting my mandate! very irresponsible! You so-called "service" did NOT exist at all! Deckungszusage is kostenlos according to your "Angebot", after that, I have NEVER contacted with the lawyer "Arend Liese", NO any communication, No any appointment with this lawyer at all!! But they sent me an invoice of ca.250 euro for so-called "Beratungsgebühr"!! It is very very awful. I have sent many emails to complain, but no response anymore. It is horrible.
