I wanted some advice

I wanted some advice, to decide what product would best serve my needs, The person who answered the phone asked me what the engine was, when I'd already told them diesel. Nice of them to hang up on me. Clearly not a clue what they were doing. Please train your staff before you let them loose on the public. GUILDFORD BRANCH.

I recently got a sim on a 30 day deal

I recently got a sim on a 30 day deal. Great price great perks.... However, customer care a very poor. I keep getting spam calls I was told to contact the TPS. It really annoys me that nothing can be done, I don't know if I will renew my 30 days yet I'm with O2 atm and don't have this issue.
