Fantastic Sarah and Matteo, 5 stars
This is for 2 of Home Telecoms top customer service representatives Sarah and Mateo. On the 11/04/2025 Mateo was on the phone helping me for a good 3 hours nothing was too much trouble he went right back to the beginning and completely guided me through the setup process and then the booster and gadgets until he needed to go to an appointment. Now today Sarah who I have spoken to before , once again has given me first class service , again going above and beyond. You should allow these 2 employees to train your other less helpful employees to bring your customer service to a five star level . As you can’t expect Mateo and Sarah do it on their own.
