I definitely would rate them 0 stars. I booked a trip to Canada before the fires reeked havoc. I have an infant daughter, I cancelled for the safety of my daughter's health. They refused to refund the insurance we had opted into. They have no care about your well-being. They are a corporation they will only take money from you and only care about their own bottom line. Never use them, they will steal your money.
