Wrong item
Ordered an item from the website which was marked as a Medium, I received a small medium and when I contacted 'Customer Service' they at the same time told me they had fixed the mistake on the website, while also explaining there was nothing wrong and I wasn't entitled to a refund unless I paid to return it. I had already paid the delivery charge and to return, would have to pay the postage fee too. Avoid shopping here, as if you get sent the wrong items you'll be out of pocket yourself to rectify Shaws error.
