Not as stressful as I was expecting!
From start to finish, First Home Improvements have impressed us. Communication prior to installation was great and we were always kept up to date and informed. On the installation day, Ben Cox & John Haigh arrived on time, were very professional and did an excellent job. They just got on with the job and I was impressed with the speed in which they were progressing. At the end, they made sure I was happy with everything and tidied up like they hadn't even been there.
