Completely let me down at every turn
I made two appointments with adhoc and both times, they never showed up. On the third time, they let a tenant show me around. When I arrived to sign the papers, which was the first time I had seen a member of the adhoc team, Claire failed to mention that the council were already looking into converting the property into something else. She also neglected to tell me that the water in my bathroom had been tested positive for parasites living in the system. I've been let down at every opportunity with these guys and wouldn't recommend them to anybody
