£827.10 fraudulently charged for someone’s else’s car return!
3 days in to my 7 day rental I was emailed and thanked for returning my car (I hadn’t), the next day my card was charged for £827.10 for damages on someone else’s car. It’s been a week and I’ve not been able to get proper contact from Panek and I’m still down 827.10 GBP. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO RESPONSIBILITY TAKEN FOR THE FRAUDULENT CHARGES THEY’VE MADE. Their team is of no use whatsoever and I’m having to write to rentalcars.com to help get the cash back (their team are amazing btw). So much hassle, zero support from the Panek team (‘computer says no’ support operation)
