Ridiculous.
Ridiculous. Paid £70 for pillow and "cooling" pillow case which is exactly the same as normal case that was already the pillow. Pillow itself is good quality however is not for all sleeping positions and the supportive neck is too high for the side and front sleepers and is only good for back. arm slots aren't big enough for arms to actually rest in when on back or side. This item was sent from UK as only took 5 days to get here but when I wanted to return them they wanted me to send it back to China, which will cost me £23 which is most of the money spent on the pillow wasted. They don't tell you this because they want you to believe you actually get the 90 day money back but will only actually get half.
