I arrived in tokyo on a late flight and had to catch a bullet train to Osaka the next morning. Their website delivery options were obviously business hours so I was worried I wouldn't get it in time in the morning. The team there noticed this time of arrival and delivered it to my hotel early so that it would be there for me when I got to the hotel and didn't charge for that day since I wouldn't actually get it till 2am the next. I ordered the pocket wifi with unlimited data, I travelled with 2 other people and I have to say, the service on this was great. We did lose signal in some areas as we traversed from city to city but generally it was always connected and sufficient bandwidth for what we needed, which included gaming and consuming media. Well done, thank you for helping make out trip to Japan a very pleasant one.
