HomePod brought back to life!
I happened to stumble upon Dwight’s details when looking at info about the new HomePod Gen2, with my OG HomePod sat languishing in a cupboard having just died a while ago. Dwight was really quick to respond to emails and give details of his service, and I sent the HomePod off to him. There was a slight delay in repair as he was waiting for some components and seemingly has had a deluge of other customers! HomePod is now back after approximately 2 weeks and is working perfectly. It has obviously been carefully handled and repaired as there are no signs anywhere that it has been opened up and dissected (which if you have seen the videos online you will know is the method for getting things fixed). So while it took a little longer than expected the service is second to none. Dwight was always quick to reply to emails and also gave his mobile number as a backup. Much cheaper than the £250+ to get it repaired by Apple - and great to have it back working again. Thanks so much!
