Delivery & Service Issue
Very poor service from Eight sleep about status of delivery, after 4 weeks of waiting. Unable to make any degree of commitments or assurances. I believe responses are coming from AI agents and the only response available is that they will send a full refund. Zero attempt to retain me as a Customer. Save time and frustrations and don't order; expect more from a £3k purchase.
