My experience has been very negative…
My experience has been very negative with poor communication between senior marketing and sales staff and also customer services, not following up always via email on requested work tasks they said they had done and also with marketing staff contacting me to discuss. I have had to chase them up at all stages to get any action or confirmation that things have been done like some kind of donkey which i feel that I have been treated like. For example invoice not being sent from finance team that I have paid in full for agreed Armada internet service, among other matters, like customer services rep pressurising me to give 5 stars for their service, which is how it felt to me.
