The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever, if the call drops, they don't call you back, even though they have all your contact info; speaking with the supervisor a call dropped and he would not call back, they don't care how long you have been on hold, left on hold for nearly an hour, redeeming an airline credit is an absolute nightmare...I don't understand how they can treat customers that way.
