RUDE!
I turned up at 845am for my 9am appointment (in Tesco Watford car park) that I had booked a few days in advance (and got confirmation) only to find the car wash closed. I waited until 910am hoping that maybe someone would turn up but no one did. When I tried to call them I could not get through. I went home and emailed them and got a reply basically apologising and telling me they had staffing issues. I know these things happen but what has happened to customer service these days?!!? Had someone had the courtesy to call me, I would have accepted their apology and need not have given them an appauling review. No mention of any kind of goodwill gesture at all. This was my first experience with them and needless to say, the last.
