Very disappointed . I do not recommend
After so many years with them (I am part of the Gold Club), this is the first time I am not satisfied with the service. It’s also the first time I’ve rented in Portugal. In Italy, they are amazing! First of all, the service at the office was poor — the staff clearly didn’t feel like working. They were busy chatting with each other and ignoring the customers. The people before me had actually been forgotten at the airport the night before! I believe their story, especially since they were given a car fairly quickly, so I think their reservation was valid. 20 days later, my deposit is still missing. I have no information about why. I also haven’t received a reply to my inquiry. Everything takes 12–14 days of waiting. The only positive was that the car was new and well-equipped. I do not recommend!
