They just changed the date, did not care about the customer
Airmee took over my Amazon delivery and informed me that it would be delivered between 17:00 and 22:00 on a specific date. I planned my day accordingly and made sure to be home by 17:00. Instead, Airmee sent the driver earlier, around 16:00, when I was not yet home. Because of this, they rescheduled my delivery to the next day. They showed no concern that it was they who changed the previously communicated delivery window. I contacted customer support, but they were equally unhelpful. The only explanation I received was that they could not send the driver back because it would affect other deliveries. This essentially puts the customer at the lowest priority, below both other recipients and Airmee’s own convenience. I consider this a poor customer experience, entirely due to Airmee’s handling of the delivery. Not recommended.
