Poor Service Expensive Prices
Poor service , expensive prices. I would not use this company . the prices are cheaper if you book directly through the airline so using a ' call center' operation like this makes absolutely no sense whatsover . You can book directly with BA or another airline...ie KLM or Air France and have cheaper flights....their commision is one top..as well as this you wont have to speak with someone like Hector..when having to change my flight due to illness he simply lied and insisted that flights were much more expensive to India in ' high season'..ie August .he then told me the flight would be around 1500 GBP.i went on the BA site and saw that the prices were exactly the same for August *900 GBP...as in any time of year ...this is not high season in India ..he lied..then and when confronted with his lies... extremely dismissive and rude..if not quite aggresive ..no commision i guess !! I lost my flight...had i gone through BA this would not have occured . They would have been courteous and helpful at least ..and help me change the flight...and i would not have had the stress of dealing with someone like Hector..never again.,less stress booking direct and cheaper.
