VERY careful to order only ONE, but got subscription anyway

I was VERY careful to order only ONE time (no subscription). Yet Young Living sent me another bottle anyway! I called, and they're going to send me a return label - and going to waive the return postage - and going to refund my credit card. We'll see whether all this happens - or not. What a PAIN! Now I have to do all this follow up. My advice - do not order from this company for a one-time purchase.
