Update to my review of March 2021
As promised I am making an update to my entry in March. I was amazed to receive a telephone call from Mr Bricolage last week advising that the missing piece of my tractor could be collected at St Meen le Grand. This is six months after we complained that it was missing! No reason was given for its disappearance and no apology was forthcoming for it taking so long to be returned. I did advise David, the person who handed me the part, that my husband, after obtaining a workshop manual for the machine, had managed to do the repair himself. David seemed less than impressed! My husband says that the problem with the machine was that it had not been sent out correctly when we first bought it and therefore had never been working efficiently. He has had no problem since repairing it himself. We have been very badly let down by Mr Bricolage and will never buy anything from them again.
