I would like to commend the legal work done by Ms. Kristi DiPaola of Cona Elder Law, Melville, NY. Over the past months, she has been very helpful in establishing a Revocable Trust, Power of Attorney and Last Will and Testament. Assuming these are standard End-of-Life documents - perhaps routine in some respects - nevertheless she demonstrated a knowledge that was commanding and facile. She took the time and was patient in walking me through the Revocable Trust and offered helpful suggestions in revising my Last Will. I was at ease in talking with her. And she explained legal terminology in layman's terms. What I most respected was the definite, clear advice she offered when I was not sure what to do.
