The majority of my items arrived
The majority of my items arrived, however on delivery there were two items missing and it wasn’t until I opened the print out that I noticed it said they were out of stock and being refunded. However on the Tuesday I received an email stating my order was ‘complete’ and that included the two out of stock items on the list so I feel this email should have been amended or a separate email sent to inform me of the out of stock items. I’m not sure a handwritten note in my order to tell me is entirely professional and also doesn’t give me much come back should there be any issues. My order was ‘complete’ on Tuesday so the refund should have been processed at that time, it’s now Saturday and Ive not received anything yet. Please inform customers via email of any changes to orders, not with handwritten notes.
