I ordered an item and never received…
I ordered an item and never received the product. I tried to contact Interdiscount via email many times and never got any answer back. I called them and after 15 minutes of wait, they passed me around to different people on the phone until someone said that the item might arrive in a week but this could change. I asked if they thought this was a good service, she said the problem was mine because I waited 2 months to call (not even apologising for not answering my emails or for the delay). They finally agreed to give my money back, which I hope will happen. Horrible service and couldn't care less for customer service.
