Pick up and drop off.
Spoke to Imperial on the phone before doing the booking online. The gentleman on the phone was most helpful. Done the booking with no issues at all, was kept informed during the week with everything that was happening during the week. Car was upgraded complimentary due to original car going into workshop. Vincent our driver smartly dressed and well spoken arrived way before the time requested and waited patiently. Everything went off without a hitch. The question is would I use imperial rides again? Without a doubt most definitely. Thanks Imperial.
