“Booking Requested” 12 days ago- No Information From Support Team
Have had this app for a few months now and finally found a date that works for me, however it’s 2 weeks later since accepting the cancellation test and it’s still displaying ‘booking requested’. I got in contact with the team after a week of this message showing and still to this day have not received any further information. Have taken to this site with the hope of drawing attention to my matter, as a system error, with a good support team, should be resolved fairly quickly and simply.
