The product works fine
The product works fine, the app is fine, but my subscription didn’t end up getting canceled when I decided I didn’t want it. The way it’s setup you don’t see it in your Apple subs so I didn’t notice, after my one year was up it recharged my card. I reached out to customer service as I don’t use the product anymore and they refuse to refund my money saying they can only do refunds in the first 30 days of original purchase.
