So so disappointed with how Southwest…
So so disappointed with how Southwest has handled our refunds during the pandemic. We had our tickets booked for April 2020 which had to be cancelled due to the situation. The only option we were given it to use the credit in the next year. We do not live in the US and planning another trip during the last year with the situation still being bad was not possible. We live in the UK and obviously cannot travel in US domestic routes. Since the tickets are non transferable and there is no way for us to commit to a trip with the situation, our money is just stuck with the airlines with a voucher that we may not be able to use anytime in the near future
