Good evening, Ms. Sara. First of all I sent an email regarding compensation, and our request was ignored. This is neither kind nor polite of you. Secondly, your customer service can Not help me due to they don’t have the authority to compensate me , all I need the head of compensate customers. We are a family of seven. Booking number TNXP27. Due to the flight delay on July 8 from 8:55 a.m. to 1:10 p.m., we lost a full day of our itinerary and the amount paid to the hotel. We are not asking for more than that, but the compensation must be satisfactory to us. We appreciate your cooperation. Thank you
