We used Claire Summers to book our holiday taking in Las Vegas/San Francisco/LA. We had an initial chat where Claire got the feel for what we were after, few alterations on hotel choices and everything was booked. Able to log onto the app was really helpful. Claire rang just before we went to make sure everything was ok. She checked in all our flights and kept in contact whilst we were away, then followed up on our return Would recommend using Claire
