When I preordered an item with Imps Gaming in November 2023, I was shocked and upset to find that the following day my transaction was flagged as fraudulent and the purchase declined. At this point, the item was out of stock everywhere online and I had no way to get it besides eBay with a large markup. I emailed Phil from the store to express my disappointment and frustration and he was incredibly understanding with the situation and apologetic over what had happened. He then offered to ask around at local shops who did not have online stores to see if they had leftover stock and thankfully one did, saving my Christmas panic! With any other company I would expect to be apologised to and then forgotten, but Phil was generous and understanding the entire time and clearly a fellow hobbyist. I would give Imps Gaming 6 stars if I could, I have never received better customer service and heavily recommend to shop here.
