No customer service and no refund... DO NOT USE
I ordered and it said it would take 3-5 working days. It took them 4 working days to email me saying that one of the items I ordered was out of stock and they would reimburse me. They still havent sent me the money back for that one that wasnt reimbursed. In addition I had to pay import tax with was half of the price of the order (£24) when my order was £60. If your delivery is less than £60 you have to spend a £10 on delivery but I didnt know I would have to pay import tax as for other sites I have used coming from outside the UK I havent needed to before. For the delivery itself I left a comment saying hand it over to the reception at the place I work. They were unable to do that and had sent it to another place where I had to pick it up. I am still waiting for my refund. Never using this site again
