Took 9 days from order to delivery
The only complaint is that the phone I ordered said 3-5 days to be dispatched. Well it was dispatched on day 7 and I’ll receive tomorrow on day 9. There was no option to get it next day delivery either. I’m without a phone and if I’d of known it would take this long to get to me I’d of used a different company. I do wish to add that after feeling this was a negative experience Ultimo kindly gave me a part refund and apologised for the delay. I have used this company a couple of times in the past and never had an issue and the phones have been good quality.
