PATIENTS BEWARE!!
PATIENTS BEWARE!!! This dental office is charging a Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) fee every time you step foot into their office. This is an ADDITIONAL fee aside from your office visit or copayment. And they are not being very informative about it. It is a fee you get at the time of check out/when you get the bill. So, expect a fee for a check up visit, a fee for a cleaning visit, a fee for each dental work visit that follows. Because that’s another thing they do, they plan out numerous visits for you to get done what other dentist accomplish in a one time visit. $$$$ During this very sensitive period of time businesses need to take responsability of the cost it takes to run a business and not add financial burdens on their patients. There are government programs in place right now that are helping many other dentist offices with PPE equipment. I just hope Monarch Dental is not double dipping on benefits (government assistance and patients’ vulnerability). BEWARE!!!!
