Our condo was rated as a Prime condo…
Our condo was rated as a Prime condo but was very dated. The livingroom furniture was very comfortable but was well worn and dirty.I used spotshot to try and clean it but it did not help much. The kitchen counter is very dated.While we were there the microwave went out and a new one had to be installed. The dish washer door did not fit tight and it stopped in mid wash. The guest bathroom door would stick when it was closed and could only be opened from the outside.The master bathroom stool was broken in the tank and held together with a paperclip.This condo really does need some attention.
