I had lost my phone on holiday and was claiming through my insurance. As most will know they ask for a number of things some of which have to be done by your service provider. Blocking the phone and SIM was one of them. I had blocked the phone and SIM and ordered a new e-SIM for my replacement phone. Due to the original SIM being blocked this prevented any service from the new one. LESLIE in Customer Services resolved the issue over the phone and my new mobile was up and running within minutes, she was very helpful and should get 5 stars. If I have one criticism of the whole experience it would be the speed that emails are answered in cases for insurance claims. Being without a phone nowadays is quite a debilitating problem. There could possibly be a specific area on the app to deal with insurance claims as it isn’t really very clear how to progress it with the company. For this reason only I have given 4 stars.
