I have found Zen to be pretty reliable
I have found Zen to be pretty reliable. I have rarely had any reason to contact them. Good service and reliable speed. I had a few teething problems at the start but that was mainly because of the new telephone voip service. I transferred over from Now Broadband and so glad I did.
