Regularly use this company as making frequent trips to elderly parents. I get the cheapest car they have to get me from A to B. I could pay less but prefer to pick up at terminal. Never had any problems. Can't fault the staff who are very pleasant to deal with. It may be insignificant to some, but this time I was welcomed back as I do travel to Cork frequently. It may just be part of the customer service, but it does make a difference when staff are personable.
