Conversations course
An absolutely essential course for any patient facing clinician. Just finished the conversations course and to say my mind was blown is an understatement. An absolute pleasure to see l, and learn from genuinely humble, honest, hard-working and immensely talented wet fingered clinicians. I would like to think of myself as an experience clinician and feel I came away with a plethora of invaluable tips and techniques. Skills about to make a quality interaction, of showing charisma and competence, along with learning how to ethically influence people for the betterment of their health and happiness is just the tip of the iceberg.
