Constantly phone and shout at staff
JBI first got in contact with a colleague through LinkedIn who had replied to a message. It has since escalated into phone calls several times a week that are bordering on harassment despite being told to send their information to our generic email address and we will be back in touch with them if we are interested. The latest person to phone started shouting at my colleague when the were not given the information they were after. Would you want to deal with a company that acts like that? *edited to add: the founder of the company has been in touch and is investigating what happened and has told his team not to call us again which is appreciated greatly*
