I’m unhappy with the scooter…

I’m very disappointed with the scooter I purchased from Pure Electric company, I have been using an electric scooter for a while now and I never had any problem till I decided to upgrade and get one from them. I bought the scooter not too long ago. The day I purchased it and I tried to use it, the tires were good for some minutes then the back tire went bad suddenly. I sent an email but said that tires are not part of the warranty and I needed to get another tire. I did that from their website and the tube in the new tire got bad that same day after getting it fixed in. I got another tire again which I am using now. Now I emailed them on a different issue with the scooter and they are yet to reply and it’s almost 3 working days now. With all this being said the scooter looks good and felt really good while it was working properly.
