Extremely rude Czech Airlines support…
Extremely rude Czech Airlines support staff at the airport ticket counter Online check-in unavailable on Czech Airlines website, not possible on Smart Wings website either. Arrived at the airport 50 minutes before the flight, the check-in counter already closed. Asked for assistance from the Czech Airlines airport staff at the counter and instructed by the Information desk and Menzies staff (which were very supportive). Arrived at the Czech Airlines and Smart Wings counter, the only ones that can support issuing the boarding pass and was greeted by two very rude employees. Older lady proceeded to raise the voice and talk very offensively when I asked for support and explained the situation I am in. This was very surprising as I approached the staff for support in a decent and polite manner. The way I was talked back was shocking. Staff explanation was that I need to be at the check-in counter 40 minutes before the flight. I explained I arrived 50 minutes with the closed counter. I am frequent flyer based in Prague with 2 flights per month in average for the past 6 months. I have never experienced such unprofessional staff and services from any other airline on any continent or airport worldwide. Absolutely shocking. Please consider training your staff, pass on feedback on extremely low quality customer service or sanction your employees performance accordingly.
