£700 charge for a bonnet repair, be warned!!!
DO NOT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!!!! We rented a car in Budapest from them, but the car had dented bonnet, what we agreed to pay(new bonnet cost around £100). Their garage could fix it for £330, what is triple already, but at the end they took £700 from our account as they have access to it once you sign the contract. I contacted the bank, they launched an investigation. I warn everyone to choose other, trustworthy company. They might be more expensive, but at least you won’t end up getting ripped off.
