Very good hop on hop off river cruise best way to get around grandchildren loved the live commentary. Unfortunately this was spoilt by the very very rude lady! At the Greenwich terminal no customer service skills whatsoever never have I seen such a rude person she really needs a good talking to she lets the company down 100%
