No instructions, not suitable for purpose

The boxes arrived without instructions And were delivered at the bottom of our driveway on a big palette with no means for us to get them up to the house. We ordered the pallete boxes and when they were built up they didn’t fit The base or lid. They sent them out in good time but as they were urgent and not suitable for purpose when we received them we were Luger in a very tricky position (no boxes for the shipment). Emailed images explaining they don’t fit the base and lid and that they aren’t strong enough, they’ve said they can’t see a problem and currently in email to try and resolve/get a refund.
