I'm left with no choice but to leave this review. It all started very well over 10years ago and I have had no issues until I decided to move. I asked for the system to be uninstalling and installed back to my new home with an option to upgrade. That's where it all went wrong, the company have been poor with communication, I'm promised calls from the sales team that never came and this is a few times of trying. I asked for a manager call back that never happened. I've been left with 5 months of no service whilst I'm still paying my direct debit. You have no shame whilst you still have your customer service team to call and ask me to book my annual service of a system I don't even have currently. Ewt I recommended you in the beginning and now your service is poor, you don't seem to care for those that have been around for over 10years. I sent an email weeks ago and no response either, another to follow after this review. Very poor service.
