Very Disappointing Experience—Company Only Focused on Money After my previous review and feedback, I am saddened to say that my concerns have still not been addressed. Instead of offering a solution or even acknowledging my dissatisfaction, all I’ve received is an email simply chasing the final month payment. Despite my response, no one has bothered to get back to me or resolve any of the issues I raised. It's incredibly clear that, at this point, the company is only interested in collecting money, with no real care for customer experience or addressing concerns. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing, and it’s unfortunate that my experience has only worsened since raising my concerns. It feels like the company values money far more than the well-being or satisfaction of its members. I would advise anyone considering this gym to think carefully before committing, as it seems clear that, once you're a member, your concerns will be ignored, and the focus will only be on getting your payment.
