Failed to update a leaseholder's service charge account
The directors of our management company asked HML Bristol to add some of our legal expenses to a leaseholder's service charge account. When I checked the account after 7 weeks, I found that they had failed to do so. Our legal action against the leaseholder was delayed as a result. If I hadn't checked, the account would probably never have been updated. I asked HML Bristol for some financial compensation for their poor service, but they are refusing.
