If I could score this company zero…
If I could score this company zero stars then I would do. The telephone representative was extremely rude - his name was 'Michael' although not sure how true that is! I have never experienced anything like it. I wouldn't be surprised if this was a scam company - they slam you with fines if you try to dispute anything. Avoid at all costs - we have immediately switched supplier.
